Dieseltuning™ modules are specifically design to interact with the data and systems provided by the manufacturer's computer control injection units while respecting all mechanical safeguard set at the factory level. It provides stronger torque, more horsepower and better fuel economy.

Modules come complete with the plug and play wiring harness, which plugs directly into the factory style connectors without any damage or tell-tale signs. Dieseltuning™ modules are designed with extreme care so that all engine safety measures are retained.

Unlike other manufacturers of diesel performance products that increase turbo charger boost pressures, ours achieve their power gains by strictly altering the fuel injection timing and duration.

The PD module is design for 2004 and up VW equipped with the Pumpa Dusse engine. It will produce an astounding 40% extra horsepower and torque.

1999 - 2003 90HP
The AGR Z4 is a plug and play unit which will safely increase your HP and Torque by as much as 30%.

 

1997-2003 VW 1.9L Turbo Diesel
 Injector nozzles for the VW TDi replace the standard injector tips for vastly improved power and torque from the 1.9L turbo diesel engine. The new injector gives significant improvements across the complete rev range. The increased torque from low engine speeds improves driveability, reducing the need for gear changing.

The nozzles can be sold separate or we can sell complete set up injectors on a exchange bases ( core charge applies).

We have 2 different size nozzles in stock for the 97-03 cars. The 205's ( DSL520's ) are good for approx 15hp and the 216's ( DSL502's ) are approx 22hp. The auto cars have a larger injection pump and will make more power than the std tranny cars with a nozzle change. Customers should note the 216's can be a little smokey depending on setup. Most customers ( specially the auto cars ) will be happy with the 205's.
