Whether you use your truck as your daily driver or your cross-country hauler,
the Mileage Max delivers something every driver wants: improved fuel economy. In
less than 10 minutes you can install this money-saving inline module that not
only improves fuel economy by up to 7%, but also delivers a boost in horsepower.
The more you drive, the more you save.
Developed and tested using innovative engineering techniques, the Mileage Max
takes the bite out of rising fuel prices by optimizing the timing and pressure
of fuel delivery, which has consistently been proven to improve not only fuel
economy, but also horsepower.
Testing Procedure
The Mileage Max was developed and tested by Edge’s engineers using a Mustang
dynamometer to duplicate typical driving conditions. Both input and return fuel
lines from the test truck were run into a separate tank containing a known
quantity of fuel placed on an extremely accurate digital scale. With the truck
fully warmed, the truck’s cruise control was set to 70 MPH in overdrive and a
constant load applied to simulate highway loads. The weight of the consumed fuel
was then subtracted from the original weight and converted into MPG.
Repeated test results showed the Mileage Max consistently delivered up to a 7%
improvement in fuel economy (depending on year and model of the vehicle) and up
to 35 extra horsepower. In order to ensure accuracy, several tests were
performed and an average made with and without the Mileage Max using the same
conditions on the same dyno.

1) The horsepower settings. Just like the VP Smarty does, except #0, all other
softwares have a modified "Torque management" ( TQM ). The throttle
response is greatly improved but is set to a save limit. With "Save" I
mean save for your tranny and rest of the driveline.

are similar to #6 and #7 but have more fuel down low and even less TQM.
Tested on stock trucks on a Mustang Dyno.
Stock means just that. Stock! Even the air filters were stock... I'd like to
point out that the 03 produced 130 Hp more @ 30 Psi of boost while the 04.5
produced 170 Hp more @ 40! Psi.
The trucks were S T O C K, even the wastegate settings! We checked the
"baseline" ( the stock truck Hp at the rear wheels ) twice in a day in
order to be sure about our findings. The above declared HP numbers are all
rounded down to the closest number. For example the 90 Hp file actually did 96
Hp. That's a 90 Hp software for me, not a 100. The 170 Hp was 174.
One thing to notice. The power gains with the 03's-04's would be actually higher
if we started from a 235 Hp engine. In poor words, an 03 California truck would
end up with the same rear wheel Hp the 03 6Sp produced. I've used the same
settings for the California AT truck that I used in the 03 6Sp. For the 03
235Hp/460TQ engine the power gain is above 200 Hp.
2) No trace is left in the ECM! I herby CLAIM that SmartyCR is the FIRST AND
ONLY downloader that does not erase any of the stored data in the ECM. Smarty
does NOT leave any electronic footprints in the ECM or any other electronic
module in the truck. Smarty does NOT set ANY codes once the ECM is set back to
stock. Smarty does NOT need to have fuses pulled.
No matter what the competition claims , in one way or another they're ALL
detectable. Smarty is NOT!
Yet, Smarty can not do one thing for you. Fix what others have broken. Smarty
can not restore a key on counter that another downloader has erased . Smarty can
not fix VIN# troubles caused by other products. If your Check engine / ABS light
is on because another product has screwed your ECM, Smarty can not fix it, the
other guy HAS to...
3) ABS / Speedo recalibration. The tire height can be adjusted up to 44" in
increments of 10 tenth of an inch in just a couple seconds. Of course, Smarty
needs to be VIN# locked to the truck in order to get into the ABS adjustment
section.
4) DTC Code reader. The name says it all. You can read and erase codes. Codes
are displayed also in plain English. That's old news by now. The VP Smarty was
the first one to provide that utility, others found the idea to be a good one
too.
( Smarty does erase ABS codes too but does not display them )
5) ECM update speed. Faster than anything else on the market! Again we've done
our homework on the protocol. Depending upon the year of the truck ( Then newer
the truck than longer the software thus the update time ) from about 3 minutes
to about 5 and a half. Three times faster than a DRB or competitor.
Also on the CR we have developed our own bootloader in order to not have to pull
fuses should an update become interrupted for any reason. All you have to do is
to turn the key off / key on Smarty does everything else on it's own.
6) Updates. If you have followed the Smarty for the VP trucks, then you've
noticed that we have released several updates for it in a relatively short time.
Well, you can expect the same to happen for the CR.
For Dodge RAM 5.9L Common Rail 2003 – 2007
This product is geared towards the customer who wants reliable and safe power for both the engine and the transmission combined with good fuel mileage. In fact our main concerns during the development of the performance softwares have been lowest EGT's and lowest smoke levels possible. Even when used at the highest horsepower level, typical exhaust gas temperatures are on average 200°F cooler than with a stock software!

The Edge EZ module unleashes the potential of "Cummins 600" series
diesel engine by carefully monitoring RPM, turbo boost pressure and fueling
parameters and adjusting fueling to maximize power, torque and driveability.
The Edge EZ module allows maximum fueling at full turbo boost and provides up to an additional 65 rear wheel horsepower and an additional 150 foot pounds of torque. Simply plug the Power Edge EZ connectors into the ECM Data Link connection and MAP sensor. The Edge EZ is completely weatherproof and mounts under the hood.
The EZ has three levels of adjustability ranging from 25 to 65 additional horsepower. The EZ can also be stacked with other upgrades to deliver even more power

With simple plug in installation using factory-style connections, you can add five levels* of adjustable power ranging from 40 to 100 horsepower – and increase torque up to 250 ft. lbs. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy.
When used in conjunction with the Attitude monitor you can control the five power levels on-the-fly from inside your truck. The Attitude displays all the information a complete set of gauges would and will automatically monitor and display exhaust gas temperature (EGT), turbo boost and transmission slip and de-fuel the engine to prevent excessive EGT, boost levels or transmission slippage. It also displays 0 – 60 times, quarter mile times and actual speed if you are using non-stock tires as well as a host of other parameters.

TST Products 
2003 - 2006
The PowerMaxCR™ is available for the Cummins® Common Rail fuel system. The
maximum power gains seen to date are an extra 190 rwhp at 2900 rpm and an extra
580 pound-feet of torque at 1700 rpm. The only power upgrade was the TST
PowerMaxCR™. These numbers were obtained with a stock turbo with an added a
boost elbow to turn boost up to about 40 psi, stock exhaust, and stock air
filter with an enlarged the opening into the air filter box. An aftermarket
clutch was installed as the stock clutch gave up at about 800 lb-ft. A pusher
fuel pump was added in series with the stock lift pump above 120 extra
horsepower as engine would miss without it.
Increased power is achieved by advancing the timing and extending the open time in the injector solenoid on the main injection pulse. TST does not extend the pilot pulse and does NOT increase fuel rail pressure, which has been shown to damage the high pressure rail components.
The
PowerMaxCR™ has 10 power levels @ 2900 rpm and 10 torque levels @ 1600 rpm
that are adjustable under power on the fly. Setting the power level and the
torque level on zero turns truck power back to stock. Power level #1 advances
timing only for good fuel mileage, reduced exhaust temperature, and adds about
30 wheel horsepower but does not add extra fuel. Power levels 2 thru 9 add
increasing amounts of fuel and 20 horsepower per step at 2900 rpm. Each torque
setting step adds 60 additional foot pounds of torque at 1600 rpm.
The PowerMaxCR™ is available with or without built-in digital gauges. The PowerMaxCR™ with built-in digital gauges comes with all the same features plus allows for defueling at a user selectable, maximum exhaust gas temperature. The PowerMaxCR™ is intended for those who prefer analog style gauges.
Now available for the 2003-2006 PowerMax CR module is the R49 remote with Cool Down and Boost Limiting functions that allow the user to set the shutdown exhaust gas temperature and shutdown idle time for the cool down feature, and the maximum turbo boost pressure for the boost limit feature.

in a sleek handheld design. Once connected to the vehicle, the Predators
internal computer recognizes the vehicles PCM and automatically picks the proper
tuning files designed specifically for that PCM. Unlike other 'tuners',
DiabloSport's programming is performed in very small increments throughout the
entire RPM range, for a smoother, wider and a more predictable power delivery.
DiabloSport engineers spend many hours on the dyno, street and track to ensure
the tunes provided with the Predator are the best they can be.
